    Famous French Chef Sakal Pheoung founded Le Corto in 2016. With over 15 years of experience in multiple 5-star hotels, while being the president of Les Disciples D’escoffier Vietnam, Sakal Phoeung has been known as “the talented-conductor” in the combination of food. The chef discovers and combines different ingridients and techniques to create the wonderful culinary orchestra with indescribably emotional levels.
