Our Chef de Cuisine, Khoa Huynh, brings 12 years of culinary expertise to Le Corto, working alongside Executive Chef Sakal Phoeung to create innovative and exquisite dishes.

Inspired by his beloved grandmother, Khoa's passion for food began at a young age. He spent his teenage years mastering French cuisine in Paris, where he honed his skills and deepened his appreciation for culinary artistry.
